Sometimes life and friendship leaves a person, a teen, so confused.
But that's the way it is.
When you've pulled off your mask, people don't accept it.
And they believe what they hear from people!
That's the thing I hate about messages or quotes getting spread to other people, the message or the sentence gets 'disfigured' along the way.
A pretty sentence can turn into a ugly one once it has reached the other side.
I thought you knew me better not to believe it.
Families don't act like strangers when they are apart.
I simply, do not get it.
My door is opened, is yours?

Anyway, now that my mask is pulled off.
I realized that many others have been wearing a mask too.
It feels good, really good, to know that you are not alone.
To take off that mask and to just be comfortable in your own skin.
Now that I know that everyone else has been wearing a mask over their faces just like me, some even longer.
The relationship between the parties just become more real.
You don't feel a fake bond, or a fake friendship anymore.
You know that you can be honest with each other.
And that's really cool.
It's a first REAL step to becoming just a simple, friend, then a family.
